  • 01 PROJECT ASSESSMENT

    Conduct a project assessment to determine the level and type of support required; assess the client’s resource capacity or constraints; clarify and define the challenge.

  • 02 Risk Assessment

    Several tools may be used to help determine risk levels to project success or organizational reputation; may involve internal SWOT analysis and audits, external environmental scan and identifying sensitivities.

  • 03 PLAN

    Armed with a solid understanding of the risk and challenge at hand, a data-informed approach is taken to develop tailored engagement or communications plans including timelines and budgets.

  • 04 DEVELOP

    Develop the engagement and communication tools and tactics to execute the plan.

  • 05 Implement

    Roll-out time! Execute the plan while ensuring measures in place to be able to evaluate impact.
